The Internet is all connected computers (including server) identified by a unique IP address. The servers have static IP addresses. However, customers often have dynamic IP addresses that change each time they connect to the Internet. C. Configure your PC or router

We now need to configure the DNS service on your computer to recognize and monitor your IP address. Two cases arise:

- Close the configuration interface of the router (usually 192.168.1.1)

Case 2: You are connected to the Internet via a modem

In this case, you must install a small program on your computer:

- Download the DynDNS Updater software, referring to the DynDNS website.

- Complete the installation wizard: Click Next, then I agree, and then click Next, then click Next, then install and then click Finish.

- The software automatically starts and asks for details on your account

- Enter your username and password DynDNS (as defined in step 1).
