An electric bike in every garage?

President Herbert Hoover has been credited with using the phrase “a chicken in the pot and a car in every court …” as a campaign slogan. In truth, the president did not use those words themselves, but some of its advertising campaigns.

Today, with gas prices still higher all the time, a better way to make sense above: “Why could not be a rechargeable electric bike in every garage?

Is it such a goal impossible to achieve?

Instead of jumping in the car to a shop a few miles by car to retrieve a piece of bread and a liter of milk (not to mention spending on gasoline would cost more in the process both), why not not jump on your mobile phone and e-Cycling earn points for virtually no movement at all? Or get your child in front of this computer game for a while and send him.

If you compare the cost of three trips around the block before parking your car and one quarter for the parking meter with five hundred dollars of electricity it took to load your bike and free parking at the gate before finding the company has to wonder why you can not change one year ago electric bike.

The fans that e-bike, the question that more and more people consider an electric bike as a second vehicle to be used, one that can help reduce congestion and pollution in our cities and communities, and can help individuals save money by reducing your dependence on gasoline at high prices.
